Property Management Cover

We aim to have cover for Property Management 6 days per week during office hours (Mon - Fri 0900-1715, Saturdays 0900-1400) 

For Block Management Emergencies outside of office hours, please call 0330 022 9272

Examples of Block Management Emergencies;

- Leaks  - from the roof or from neighbouring flats (NB action to address a roof leak may require daylight and safe weather conditions)

Where possible if a leak is occurring from a flat above, please make efforts to make contact with the resident. If the flat is unoccupied/ unresponsive we may need to turn off the water supply

- Communal door access not working, communal gates not working

- Loss of communal electricity, loss of communal heating (where a communal boiler supplying more than one property is in place - limited sites)

- Making safe of dangerous situations - NB criminal incidents should be reported to the Police

- Fire

- Flood

Examples of Block Management Non Emergencies;

- Noise complaints

- Loss of keys to a property

- Power cuts affecting the local area, water supply issues affecting more than just the individual site

- Heating/ Hot Water issues within the flat
