Most people search for properties online or in the local press before they even step into an estate agents office, so great photographs have become essential in marketing a property.
We know that a good photograph of a property will catch the eye of house-hunters instantly, and so we have always concentrated on good quality photography and carefully composed property particulars.
We felt that in many cases, the marketing of a particular property might benefit from an aerial photograph, but aerial photography with a drone or a kite is not easy, not always allowed, and is expensive.
We are always working hard to improve our service to our clients, so we thought that we would try what is basically a “camera on a pole”. And we were delighted with the results! Just take a look at the difference between the photographs below.
