We are all waiting to hear about the latest inflation figures and the response by The Bank of England but despite this, buyer demand locally remains strong.

Nationally, Rightmove report that in the last two weeks it is 6% higher than the same period in 2019’s more normal market.

We are finding that new sellers have already adapted to the new conditions and are coming to market with a competitive price.

And prospective buyers who can still afford to move appear to be determined to go ahead.
