Overview of PLJ Block Management Agenda for Summer 2023

July and August will be a busy time for the Block Management team, as along with the cyclical decoration projects which have commenced at various sites there is also much work going on to progress the fire door remedial works both on communal doors and also to assist leaseholders with viable contractors for their own apartment front doors.

Next month we will be preparing for the next block insurance renewal which falls in September along with continuing with the major works external projects and heading into the main AGM season of September and October.
